Where is your store?
Cutters & Cloth provides fabric sales exclusively online.  We do not have a brick and mortar location.
We are based in beautiful Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a pick up option.
 
Do you offer swatches?
Of course!  We understand that it might be difficult to get an idea of the true character of a fabric without seeing and touching it, so we are happy to send you a swatch to help you with your decision.  Although we try our best to represent a fabric's true colour by photographing in natural light, we understand that sometimes colours may look different on different devices.  To make your decision easier, we offer up to 10 swatches free, and additional swatches at $1 each. And did we mention we will ship your swatches at no charge?  If you would like swatches to be included with your order, please leave a comment on your order upon check out.
 
Oops, I forgot to order something.  Can I change my order?
Of course! Provided that your order has not shipped, we are happy to add to it!  Please leave us a note at checkout and we will combine your orders and refund any postage overage once your order has shipped.
 
Can my order be cancelled or modified?
As long as your order has not yet been cut, we can definitely make changes to or cancel your order. Email us at info@cuttersandcloth.com to make a request.
